Crosian ("we", "our", "us") provides a Christian life mobile app designed to help users reflect, pray, organize thoughts, and connect with optional church-related features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us. Most Crosian features can be used without creating an account.

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process the following information:

Name and account identifiers

If you connect to My Church using a ChurchPilot account, we may process your display name, church name, and account identifier in order to show your church connection status and provide related app functionality.

User content

When you use features such as Faith Talk, anonymous sharing, feedback, prayer, gratitude, or reflection tools, we may process the content you choose to submit in order to provide the requested app feature.

Sensitive information

Because Crosian includes faith-based and church-related features, some information you choose to provide may relate to religious or spiritual interests, church connection, prayer, reflection, or faith-related personal thoughts. We use this information only to provide and improve the app features you request.

Customer support and feedback

When you send feedback or contact support, we may collect the message you provide, the category of feedback, and optional context about where the feedback was submitted from in the app. This helps us review issues, respond to requests, and improve Crosian.

App and device context

When needed for support or basic app operation, we may process limited app context such as app version, platform, operating system version, and general device information. We do not use this information for advertising tracking.

My Church is optional. If you sign in with ChurchPilot credentials, Crosian receives a mobile session to show your church connection status and open allowlisted member links. ChurchPilot remains the system of record for church membership and church portal content. Crosian does not include passwords or authentication tokens in feedback submissions. You can disconnect My Church at any time from Settings.

Messages submitted through Faith Talk and related reflection features are processed to provide app functionality. Crosian is designed for faith-based reflection and spiritual encouragement. It is not a medical, mental health, legal, or financial service.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide Crosian app features
• Support My Church connection features
• Process Faith Talk, reflection, prayer, gratitude, and sharing features
• Review feedback and respond to support requests
• Maintain app reliability and improve the user experience
• Protect the safety, integrity, and operation of the service

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information to build advertising profiles. We do not use your information for third-party advertising tracking.

We use HTTPS for network communication with Crosian services. Access to feedback, support, and operational data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate, support, and improve the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

Crosian is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

You may choose not to use optional features such as My Church, Faith Talk, anonymous sharing, or feedback. You may disconnect My Church from Settings. You may contact us to request assistance with privacy-related questions or data requests.
