Overview
Crosian allows users to request deletion of account-related data or app data associated with Crosian features. This page explains how to request deletion of your data.
My Church Connection
My Church is an optional feature. If you connected Crosian with a ChurchPilot account, you may disconnect My Church from the Crosian app settings. ChurchPilot remains the system of record for church membership and church portal content.
Request Account or Data Deletion
To request deletion of Crosian app data, please contact us at:
Please include the following information so we can identify and process your request:
- Your name
- Your Crosian or ChurchPilot account identifier, if available
- Your church name, if applicable
- The type of data you want deleted
- The email address we can use to contact you about the request
Data That May Be Deleted
Depending on your use of the app, deletion requests may apply to:
- Feedback or support messages you submitted
- Faith Talk or reflection content associated with your use of the app
- My Church connection-related app data
- Other user-submitted content associated with Crosian app functionality
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational integrity, or if it is maintained by a connected church system such as ChurchPilot. ChurchPilot account and church membership records are managed by the church or ChurchPilot administrator.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
